Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be holding you back. Rooted in the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, CBT gives you the tools to break free from cycles of self-doubt, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm by learning to think in more balanced and empowering ways.

Rather than diving deep into the past, CBT focuses on what’s happening in the here and now. It invites you to become more aware of how your mind interprets events—and how those interpretations influence how you feel and act. By recognizing and challenging negative or distorted thoughts, you can begin to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

At the heart of CBT is the belief that change is possible—not by ignoring your struggles, but by transforming the relationship you have with them. You’ll learn how to recognize common thinking traps, experiment with new behaviors, and build a toolkit of coping strategies that support your well-being in everyday life. Over time, these shifts can reduce symptoms of anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and other barriers that keep you from showing up as your full self.

CBT can be especially supportive for women navigating challenges like imposter syndrome, chronic worry, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t align with their goals. Whether you're facing inner criticism or fear of failure, CBT offers concrete steps to help you move forward with greater self-trust and resilience.

If you're ready to develop a stronger, more compassionate mindset and take meaningful steps toward your personal or professional aspirations, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can provide the clarity and structure you need. I offer a warm, collaborative approach tailored to your unique needs, helping you harness the power of your thoughts to create lasting change.
